Mobile notary travel

Fee agreed before appointment

Service at your home, office, hospital, or another agreed location. Travel is quoted upfront.

Loan signings

$75–$125 per appointment

Real estate loan packages and closings. Final pricing varies by package and travel.

Remote online notarization

$10 per notarial act

Secure video notarization when you cannot meet in person.

Apostille service

$200 flat package handling fee

Preparation, submission to the Michigan Secretary of State, tracking, and return. $200 flat = my handling only. Notarial acts ($10 ea), state fees ($1/doc), printing & shipping extra.

Fingerprinting

Ink-card fingerprinting for background checks, licensing, and employment. Government processing fees are separate.

Document scanning

$0.50 per page

Paper documents scanned and converted to digital files.

Wedding officiating

Starting at $250

An ordained officiant for your ceremony — weddings, elopements, and vow renewals — including consultation. Travel is quoted separately.

Wedding witness for hire

Need an official witness for your marriage license? I'll come to your ceremony and sign.

Field inspections

Property and field inspections completed and reported to assignment requirements.

Process serving

$50 per serve

Document delivery for legal matters.

Permit & document running

Drop-offs and pickups at clerk, register, and state offices.

Witness coordination

Coordination of a third-party witness when your signing requires one.

Notarial fees follow the Michigan state maximum of $10 per act. All other fees are agreed before your appointment.

Weekend appointments are available A $50 flat weekend surcharge is added to notarial and travel fees.
